What is included in the $49 new patient offer? +
The offer includes a consultation, examination, posture analysis, digital X-rays when clinically appropriate, and a report of findings. We will explain each step and answer your questions before proceeding.
What should I bring to my first appointment? +
Bring photo identification, relevant medical or imaging records, a list of current medications and details of any benefits coverage. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move is also helpful.
How long does the first visit take? +
Appointment length can vary depending on your history and assessment needs. When confirming your booking, our team will let you know how much time to set aside.
Will I receive treatment at my first visit? +
That depends on your assessment, clinical needs and preferences. In some cases, time is focused on gathering information and reviewing findings before care begins.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor? +
A physician’s referral is generally not required to see a chiropractor in Ontario. Your insurer may have separate reimbursement requirements, so check your individual plan.
Do you treat concerns beyond back pain? +
Yes. After an appropriate assessment, care may address neck and joint pain, posture, headaches, TMJ concerns, sports injuries, rehabilitation and nerve-related symptoms.
How many visits will I need? +
There is no single schedule that fits everyone. Recommendations depend on your symptoms, assessment findings, goals and response to care. Your plan should be explained clearly and reviewed as you progress.
Is chiropractic care appropriate for everyone? +
Not every treatment is right for every person. Your chiropractor will review your health history and examination findings, discuss options and refer you to another provider when appropriate.
